SISSAL
This plant produces large leaves that yield this fiber used for making a rope type product
It also comes in a variety of dyed colours - as well as the natural 'cream' or brown'

DO NOT use rope/string in any toys for pets like chinchillas
Sissal will turn into a pulp in the intestines and go with the flow of food
Rope and String will bind the intestines and make for a painful death

Always use natural items - sissal and manila are the two main ones to use

MANILA ROPE
This is not treated with chemicals and industrial oils
It is a a natural source and vegetable oil is used to make it 'flexible' enough
This is safe for pets and birds and is used in the pet industry for toy making/bird climbers

ALWAYS replenish toys - never leave bare chain - accidents can happen with active furballs!
