How long will parcels take to deliver? (UK only)
This depends on the weight of your parcel
Up to 1700gms (1kilo + 700gms) - we will send first class on the very next working day
Depending on how the Post office behave - your parcel should reach you next day or in 2 days
We have known parcels to take 10 days with the wonderful PO - if the parcel hasn't arrived by the 14th day
please email us and we'll be happy to send you a new parcel and will
claim off the naughty post office for losing it
Over 1700gms parcels will be sent with Business post/fastways (1-2 day delivery service)
OR standard parcel post (2-4 days) depending on weight if it is just under 2 kilo
(unless you are in an outside zone like Isle of Wight and certain parts of Scotland then it will be sent
with royal mail standard parcel 2-4 days)
Business post/fastways collect from us on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for next day delivery (Tuesday, Thursday, Monday)
Orders made before 6:00pm the day before a collection day - will go that next day
How do I know if my order has been accepted?
Once you have placed an order online you will have confirmation from fastcart
If you do not receive the email - please let us know and we can check for you
IF you haven't received any emails then we may not have received your order - please email us with your full name and we can check online through our own server for you
