But we do donate to rescues too!
We feel it's our duty to care
That was our aim at chinchillas2shop when we started in 2002 with chinchillas2home - and still is!

We have donated many thousands to chinchilla sanctuaries/rescues/re-homing over the years,
we also donate 'boxes' of goodies to various rescues (rabbits and guinea pigs) on our private list through the year,
Unfortunately we cannot donate to every single rescue - so we have to keep the list to a set chosen few
Rescues that are genuine: we will give a good discount when genuine rescues make an order with us - food can be discounted even more if bought in bulk - we have a direct deal with our supplier for the timothy hay and other bulk feed

Trouble with ordering (items keep removing themselves from the cart):
Sometimes when customers make an order, the list deletes the previous item when ordering more than
one item from the shop, this is generally the PC your are working on than the shop itself - if you remove cookies on your PC, or/and restart your PC this should work:
On your browser, click 'tools' then onto 'internet options' - there is a tag there saying 'remove cookies' click on this and it should remove any cookies - restart the PC and try again
